As with other complaints about Vitasprings.com they have violated their shipping terms (I placed my order 1 week ago and it is "still in processing".  The customer service rep. is rude beyond belief.  I questioned the the whereabouts of my order, the false advertising I discovered about one of their products I had ordered and told her if my order hadn't shipped I wanted my money fully refunded.  She said she would call me back in a little while she needed to contact the wharehouse.  I waited 5 hours.  No call back.  Tried customer service.  No answer.  Called order line and got same rude woman from customer service.  She was rude and told me she would call me back in half an hour and I didn't need to keep calling.  I told her she had better call me back or I would start filing complaints with agencies in California.
