Vitaslim Garcinia Cambogia dishonest, rude, bad customer service, unauthorized charges Huntington Beach California
I had unathorized charges from this company. When I called the first time, I was told I would get a full refund. When I checked my credit card statement, I did not receive the refund. I called again. The Customer Service Rep was yelling at me...yes, I kid you not. She cut me off and told me in these exact words when i tried to explain the situation to her: "I've already wasted 25 minutes with you" (FYI, it was closer to 15 minutes). When I called to speak to a supervisor and I explained to her the situation along with telling her about the rude representative, she said "Oh, that's nice." She spoke over me and then hung up on me. Please don't use this product, they are not concerend about the customer and will not provide support. My heart goes out to those who have already been scammed by this company.
