On March 12 (i.e Monday) 2012, I placed an order with this Company called VitaSprings for some health products; (32oz's Black Seed Oil and 2 Bottles of Black Seed Capsule w/ Bittermelon. I called them a few days later to find out why I had not recieved a tracking number and they told me it normally takes about 2 business days to fill an order! So after a "Full Week" rolled around and I still had not recieved a tracking number I decided to call again giving the girl that answered the phone my order number. She then told me the order was picked up by their shipping company last week and I would be recieving a tracking number later on today which is 3/19.

The problem with this whole situation is that they just charged my credit card today (3/19/2012) for an order placed last week! We all know that the moment an order is generated a shipping invoice is normally generated. Im a business owner myself and nothings adding up with this company and why would they have waited an entire week to charge my card; "A WHOLE FREAKIN WEEK!!!!!! and they act like this is all normal and hunky dori! I will be amazed if I even recieve my product! I guess if I dont, my next step will be to contact my attorny! If anyone else has had this problem feel free to give me a call.
