I placed an order with VitalSprings Health products over a week ago. The delivery was suppose to be 3 days.  I called for a status of my order since they charged my credit card and I was told that they called me to verify my shipping address and I never responded. I explained that I never received a call that is why I am calling to follow up 7 days later first they told me they shipped it to my PO Box I asked for the tracking number they could not provide one but told me that they shipped it out 5 days ago to my PO Box I explained that I requested to be shipped at my home address not my credit card billing address.  I was then told they could cancel the shipment because they just mailed it to UPS. Once again I explained that I never received a call.  They told me yes I did and a lot of customers claims that they never received a call and they were not sure if I was telling the truth.  I explained the purpose of me call was to follow up on the order if I received a message there would be no reason for my call 7 days later.  I was then told they could cancel my order but I would bbe charged a shipping fee.  I told them that was not fair, then I was hung up on when I tried to call back the line was busy it is obvious that they had the phone off the hook.  This company is misleading; fraudulent and deceitful.  They should not be allowed to conduct business in the United States or anywhere.  I am going to also report them to the better business bureau my goal is too close these types of internet order business down because they are rude misleading; fraudulent and deceitful.

I received my order as promised and have received very good service.  Needless to say I was very surprised to read how unhappy this person is.

This order was placed on Saturday 5/21, we left a message to customer on Monday 5/23, we would like to confirm the shipping address before we process this order, customer replied us on Thursday 5/26. However when we process this order, we sold out the inventory and tried to order the item from the manufacturer, manufacturer told us the item is on back order with no ETA date. We are sorry about the inconvenience, this order had been cancelled.

Similar happened to me. Vitasprings.com should be shut down & never allowed to do business again. I have ended up with no order nor refund, after they breached shipping agreement and lied to me for weeks that they will resend the order after getting it back while in reality they've never requested the order back from the shipping company. I have lost 65+ dollars !

I have reported them to Yahoo which hasn't done anything so far.
I plan to report them to authorities as well as FBI's scam and fraud list.
Also, I'll open up a website to expose them..
Probably it will be vitaspringsfraudwarning.webs.com
Please join me, all of You who have fallen victims, we need to expose this company and shut it down forever !
