Vitier Buyer Beware- Scam Internet Deal Las Vegas Nevada Internet
Please beware of this company's products online! This is a total scam marketing ploy where they get you to purchase their products as a trial offer, but unbeknownst to the consumer, they actually sign you up for a membership where they automatically charge your credit card for product that they autoship to you. T
They are selling a trial offer for their "miracle" eye serum and face cream, which you can purchase for $4.97 and $5.97. When you submit your purchase, nowhere on the website does it say that you will be inrolled into a membership with the company and be charged $85.97 and $89.97 when they autoship you more product 14 days after you purchased the trial offer.
I initially boughy the trial offer thinking for that price I would try it out. Received the product, and ironically it made my face break out in a massive rash. I thought about returning it, but for such a low cost it seemed like a waste of my time to return it. In the meantime, I threw out the rest of the product because it was unusable. Happened to be online today checking my credit card statement and to my shock saw that Vitier had charged me almost $200 for more product that was now on its way! I called the customer service number- and they readily give you information on how to stop further shipments, but in no way let you speak to a real person. I finally had to dig around on the internet to find out where the information for this automatic enrollement into their membership program is located, which took me 20 minutes of digging. No where on their website could I see this information when I initially purchased the trial offer.
I called customer service again and just started pressing numbers when the autmated voice came on and low and behold got a cs rep. As soon as she "pulled up my file" she hung up on me. Are you kidding me? They must have known I was calling to complain. I called again and instructed the cs rep to NOT hang up on me. After arguing with this cs rep for over 30 minutes about the fact that they are not up front with their policies and I would like to return the product that was currently on its way to me and be refunded my $200 he hung up on me. I have ever other cs rep that I have called back hang up with me. I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau- this is when they all hung up on me.
Please don't fall for this scam! I am out $200 for a product that made my skin break out in a rash, and from a company that obviously knows they are pulling a fast one on consumers.

I had the same experience as this person. I was charged for two products at full price before I found out how to unsubscribe.
Everything she said is true except I did not suffer a rash. I didn't argue with them. I should know that it is buyer-beware if something sounds too good to be true.
No where do I remember seeing a statement that I was signing up for an on- going monthly subscription. They are a truly dishonest business. They gave disclaimers that their product even does what they advertise it to do when you locate the agreement!
