Vito Pelagio shouldn't be a manager anywhere. This guy gets informed by his sales guy that he is having a problem with a customer. What does Vito do? Absolutely *nothing*. I spent over 40k with this firm and Vito is RADIO SILENT. *NOTHING* *NADA*. Would you want Vito Pelagio to handle your orders? Not me.
He works for NationwideGenerators.com and the sales guys name was Phil Paulas. Stay away from all of them - they are not customer centric - the company totally screwed up and misquoted the install price by a factor of two. And Mr. Vito, well he remains quiet. What a class act. Oh and they also do business behind or in conjunction with another outfit they are involved with called Amperage Electric. Stay away from all those names.
Next time you need a generator - find someone different than NATIONWIDEGENERATORS.COM - because nationwidegenerators.com is a SCAM. And certainly don't count on Vito to do anything for you.
