100% Scam artist. Recommended by bank for a home build "consultant" in Maryland. Called me, came over, walked thru my home for an hour, explained he needed $2500 (50%) and left. I trusted him because he was recommended thru the bank...but the guy has been awol ever since (a year ago). Informed the bank of his scam/incompetence, and they removed him from their list. In speaking to the builder, they also told me they have heard of/worked with him before, with not so favorable results. Look around...he's all over the internet as a scam artist / incompetent / unresponsive thief.
