This online store had the worst policies I've ever seen and thy are completely deceptive.  They sell on Instagram, Facebook and their online store.  They offer promo codes and flash sales for NEW ITEMS in their shop.  You then purchase the item not knowing that according to them...if you use a discount/promo code or you buy during a sale...they deem the item FINAL SALE.  They don't disclose this ANYWHERE where customers would actually read it.  Not on their social media where they are promoting the item, not on their policies page, not in the item description.  The ONLY place it is noted is under Return/Exchanges Policies which NO ONE reads unless they are ACTUALLY returning or exchaning an item.  

Normally when you shop online the item description will be marked as FINAL SALE.  This is the FIRST I've ever seen a store do this.  When I emailed them to complain, they not only refused to reply to my email...they turned around and blocked me from social media so I couldn't warn other unsuspecting customers...BUT they also canceled a PREVIOUS order I had with them that I had been waiting on for over a MONTH.  Just when that order was about to ship...they canceled it.  So I'm stuck with an item that DOESN'T FIT, and I won't be getting the other item I was waiting for.  WHO DOES THAT to a customer???  Ridiculous business practices.  DO NOT SHOP AT VIVALAJEWELS.COM

Sooo...there's such a thing as screen captures which proves that this is obviously written by the business owner.  It also proves that you LIED on your reply on Paypal. I absolutely stand by my report and it is unbelieveable that you would come on here and personally attack a consumer and be SEXIST at that.  How exaclty do you know I was a female??   Maybe I'm a man purchasing something for my girlfriend.  

Do your homework and look up what defamation actually is.  I am unhappy with the service and I absolutely do feel that offering coupon codes or sales and then HIDING the fact that it makes the item FINAL SALE is a ripoff.  And I, as a consumer, have every right to report it.  

The idea that you would come on here pretending to be someone you're not and then make sexist comments shows that you are unprofessional and deceitful.  Best of luck to you and your business treating consumers this way.  You obviously don't understand how online shopping works.  A very high percentage of people buy clothing online and that would NOT be the case if we could never return items.  

Personal attacks will get you nowhere fast.  Wow.  Unbelieveable.  Just give them enough rope and they hang themselves.  You did a beautiful job at showing your hand.  Good job.

 Reading that YOU didnt do. And when YOU DO READ, you find out that YOU cant return the item. BIG FREAKING DEAL!!!! THAT is the cost of shopping online. At least at a PHYSICAL STORE you would have had some remedy. Sorry to say this but YOU FAIL!!! I READ!!!!! If I am going to purchase a item I ask about the refund policy. IF YOU didnt read it then THAT IS ON YOU!!!!!It is NOT thier fault that YOU CANT READ!!!!!More precisely YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ!!!! THAT IS ALL ON YOU!!!! Sorry princess but thats life. YOU didnt do ANYTHING to protect yourself and it wouldnt have taken much of your oh so precious time TO READ!!!!!

THEN when YOU are told NO RETURN, YOU seem to think its perfectly alright to DEFAME THEM!!!! Ms. HERPA DURPA!!!!YOU are just FAILING all over the place!!! THEY CAN SUE YOU!!!! THEY CAN PROVE YOU WROTE IT!!!! YOU are NOW facing the possibility of a civil suit that starts at roughly 25-40 THOUSAND dollars for EACH INSTANCE OF DEFAMATION!!!! See we all know that YOU CANT ADMIT YOU SCREWED UP!!!! So instead of being an adult and admitting that YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ, YOU go around the web trying to make THEM look bad!!! But it has and WILL fail. All YOU have shown the web is that YOU are a failure. THEY have the information posted on thier site and YOU DIDNT READ IT!!!! NOT A RIPOFF!! NOT THIER FAULT!!!!!Typical female, blame EVERYONE else before YOU finally admit that YOU screwed up.

"Who does that to a customer". Well FIRST you have to BE a customer, and NOT A SCAMMER!!!!The MOMENT you went around bashing thier name they were WELL within thier rights to block YOU.
