After the computer crashed and the virus report started coming in, the 250,000 games was 1 of the main contributors. I then emailed the company, customer service to be exact. She then asked me to disable my norton anti virus as it would help run the software. I told her no. And now here I am filing this report so hopefully it'll help somebody in the long run from doing business with this fraudulent company.

Hello , my name is Jason Carver and I am an employee at Viva Media / Encore Software. I saw your review and I would like to offer a little insight on the problem described here. In our FAQ section on our website, when it comes to the installation of our products, we suggest that customers disable their Anti-Virus software because some antivirus signatures can mistakenly flag legitimate products as viruses such as ours but can be other products as well. All of our products undergo quality testing before they leave the factory - and none of our disks will even contain viruses inside the disk. In addition if any of our customers have a defect in the disk we also ship them out, often at no additional charge to the customer upon receipt of proof of purchase.
