Deluxe eye therapy and Vivacious face cream offered for a trial of $4.95 each.  Website did not state anything about a commitment or membership or automatic shipment or to cancel within so many days.  Received trial.  Noticed later there were 2 charges for $89.10 and $89.73 on my card. Called 855-868-7724 immedialty to find out what was going on.  Talked with an Anne, Naomi, Denise and they all said they couldn't get into the computer system so I finally got transferred to Carlos.  He said he couldn't refund me because it was a trial offer and a trial offer includes automatic shipments.  I stated it didn't say that at all on the website.  He told me I agreed to it by purchasing the trial.  I again told him it didn't state anthing like that anywhere.  He said he couldn't help me so I asked to speak to someone else.  He said do you want someone to lose their job by refunding you?  I then asked to speak to a supervisor so he put me on hold and within 15 seconds I was disconnected.  No resolution at this point.
