you must read the fine print when ordering your "try risk free" product because by no means is it free. I was charged well over 200 hundred dollars after 14 days and then charged another 200 hundred dollars two weeks later for what was a subscription. I immediately cancelled once discovered. However, the second order was supposedly already mailed out to me. I only received eye cream in the mail and need to return it. Never to receive the face cream. When I phoned Vivalux customer service they told me I was mailed both products...

WELL the box package specifically stated only one product was mailed. So, I will return it to them and see if I will be refunded. You must read all fine print and terms and conditions carefully... remember nothing is ever for free and their product is awful. The face cream had large white specs of something all througout the product and paying over 100 for a tiny jar of face lotion certainly is not worth it! save your money and the numerous phone calls to this rip off of a company. I have well over 400 hundred dollars taken from my credit card and multiple phone calls, emails to a company that is nothing but a scam. I hope to be refunded the second charge of 200 to my credit card for the eye cream and the face lotion that I never received.
