I was coming back from lunch like always, and at the current time I'm developing a network system in the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, which I have been here already for about 4 years. It's a lot of work what I do. Well, to the point, while driving back, this nice white color SUV, Hyundai Tucson 2011 brand new, with two old gentlemen very nicely dress pull up next to me.

They roll down the window, while I was pulling into parking spot at work, and they ask me if I have time, (to all of this I have a weapon, its a former Marine thing), the weapon is in my hand, but since I'm also in a SUV , I can look inside there's and notice that the driver hands are both on the steering wheel, and the passenger has a cigarette in one hand and the other his cell phone.

So, I rolled the window holding my gun in one hand were they cannot see it (I have 2006 4 runner toyota) and ask him if he needs directions. He says, no, and ask's me if I would like to see some items he has for sale, that they were just at a  exposition of fashion clothes in one of the most expensive hotels in the city, (Renaissance Jaragua) , and they needed to sell these item's which are of Giorgio Armini exclusive Collezionni, so they claim.

So, I holster my gun without them seeing (tinted windows dark), step out of the car, and look at the items, then he tells me the prices of these very nice suit (2) Jacket (2) Shirts (4) and tie (2), that all made in Italy and high quality. (Around  $6,800.00)

Of course I'm very suspicious, but I cool down and he get's me talking with his nice Italian accent, and their Old guys like 55 and 60 years give or take. While he is talking about the quality and prestigious of the Brand,   I start to look at the Suit that he is wearing, noticing little hints, his shoes, his glasses and see nothing that tell's me that this person has any knowledge of fashion or even feels proud of what he sells. The suit was very bad press, his shoes were $25.00 dollars walmart shoes, and his glasses were knock off's.

At this time I'm really suspicious, and then he starts with the really great deal that I'm getting, that at this price is almost free, and then I tell him, sure no problem, give it here and let me have it, and your problem for paying the taxes to take the trip back is over.

Of course he says no, and ask's me for $800 dollars, I tell him that he is crazy, and then talking about that he needs the help, he needs to sell this merchandise, cannot take it back, that it will pay a lot of taxes at the Airport. Bull all Bull...

At this time I'm losing my patience, so I tell him, look at the beginning I thought that you two were criminals that were going to try to steal from me, and I pull my shirt up and show them the gun, and they get really scared, but I know realize that you two are just trying to make a quick buck by trying to trick me into believe that this is original stuff.

You two better just go off and leave, and make sure that I do not see again around here, they really got scared.

This is my advice for someone that reads this, look at the brands, notice the labels, and something simple ask specific question's, like were was the exposition, and why didn't you hear about. Also they gave me this really bogus business card, that if you will like me to email it this way you can see the logos and bad design on the card, very bad stuff. Well hope this helps someone out there from not getting rip off.
