Vivent Seats Failed to refund money from a cancelled concert chicago Illinois
Concert for May 9 2017 Tony Bennett was cancelled and Vivent Seats the SCALPER refused to refund the money for the show and upcharged my seats $186 more then the price of the ticket. Made numerous attempts to contact Vivent Seats and was refused the refund
