Complaint Review: Vivid Event Photography AKA Lyndsay Wregget Photography AKA Focus Photography

In the summer of 2009, after just having my second son, I hired a photographer named Lyndsay Wregget (also uses her maiden name Lyndsay Scott).

She was on maternity leave and making money under the table. After the first session, we paid for 4 photo shoots for each of my children individually + one for our whole family. In the spring of 2010, we tried to book her for one of the paid for shoots. This is when things started getting troublesome. She came up with excuse after excuse, and then we finally got our photoshoot. Then I started asking for the pictures from the shoot, and she would come up with a ton of excuses: "My daughter got fifth's disease" and then after 3 months of waiting "My husband walked out and took my kids" (a blatant lie I just found out)

This is a killer because I had referred her to many friends, all of whom have been ripped off. She is still holding my good friend's pregnancy pictures hostage (she gave her the pictures of ANOTHER WOMAN)

This is where is gets to be the worst part: This woman operates under many different names. When she gets unhappy clients, she pretends to stop taking pictures but in reality she opens up a new company.

I don't know what kind of a sick and twisted person would hold BABY PICTURES HOSTAGE, but she is clearly a nutbar.

Do not, by any means, hire Lyndsay Wregget, Lyndsay Scott from 10 Jensen Court in Airdrie. She also runs a studio out of her mother in law's basement at 121 - 1 St
