My wife, myself and a friend purchased ticket on July 17th, 2014 from Vivid Seats and were gauranteed delivery to our home in ohio before the concert in Tulsa, Oklahoma scheduled on August 30th 2014.  The tickets were not delivered and after several calls to Vivid Seats and several guarantees and promises from Vivid Seats that our tickets would be waiting on us in Oklahoma at the Hard Rock hotel We proceeded with flights and accommodations.  Now approximately $2000 later for flights and hotel rooms and missing both important and unfortunate events at home we have no tickets!  We could not cancel be refunded or even try to sell our tickets to attend bachelor and bachelorette parties when our very good friends decided to be married!  Then in a very unfortunate turn of events the day before we were flying out our business partner lost his 7 year old nephew in a tragic accident and because we had no tickets in hand to sell and no possibilty of refund from Vivid seats and more promises and guarantees from vivid we flew out on vivids word only to arrive in Oklahoma and still no tickets!  the day of the concert we were told our ticket order could not be filled and that basically we were out and there's no recourse!  We will never purchase ticket from vivid again and we've already posted our experience on our very busy business facebook page!!
