 I was charged for six tickets for a Romeo Santos concert while shopping for two tickets. Their website is ripoff because you are forced to enter you credit card and/or paypal information before you can view what the tickets would cost with service fees and download fees. I was pricing only and never submitted an order, but somehow an order was placed for six tickets. I called their customer service immediatly and my credit card company. I was told by vividseats that their was nothing they could do, that I was stuck with the tickets.

They said they could sell them for me, but I did not want to ripped off any further for fear of what else they would charge me. I contacted my credit card company thinking they could help me dispute this charge and was shocked that my American express travelocity basically told me this charge was valid because services were rendered. So I was stuck with six tickets in the amount of 742 dollars when it should have cost 258 for two tickets. I was shocked because I never even actually purchased these tickets, I only used two tickets so I wouldn't be stuck paying 742 dollars and not even going to event. I am currently trying to pursue other ways of trying to get my money back.
