Complaint Review: Vivid Seats Ltd.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment and bad experience with this company. They are a complete rip off, adding huge additional charges, without notifying customers during the order process. The tickets I purchased were advertised as $117 each and there was no mention of a $76 additional “fee” per ticket. I never received the total ticket price that included this fee, taxes and delivery on the order summary page, not until I saw the transaction on my credit card that totaled $414 CAN. I never even received a final invoice. Avoid Vivid Seats if you don't like to throw huge amounts of cash out the window. Their customer service is also of no help. They are barely reachable, you will be waiting on hold for more than 20 min and then they hang up on you. There was no way to get a refund or make changes to the purchase, they were not helpful in resolving the issue.
