I looked for tickets for James Taylor - I though I was on the webiste for the actual arena. The first screen was the arena diagram with drop-down screens with different ticket prices. I bought 2 tickets in the $85 section. I assumed that 2 x $85 was $170 (plus tax and shipping) - boy was I wrong!

I went through the other screens - name, address, credit card, etc. etc - one of, if not the last, screen - past the "confirm and buy" screen, the price of $485 popped in front of my face. It went by quick. I thought "Did I really see $485? Can't be".

My e-mail reciept was very detailed - the event, the section, the date, etc - but it didnt' contain the price. What "receipt" does not contain the price paid? I also go an e-mail "confirmation" - again, it contained the details of the ticket, but not the price.

I e-mailed the company - "How much did I spend on those tickets?" - They sent me a link to access my account. Still no price, but more cliicks. I finally got my answer - it was $485 for $170 worth of face-value tickets!!!

This was obviously not an accident. Their website is designed the mislead consumers in my opinion. I asked for a refund and they told me to pound sand.
