Vivid Seats sells fraudulent tickets and won't refund you CO

I purchased Bruno Mars tickets as a Christmas present for my parents off Vivid Seats 2 years ago. Long story short, the concert was canceled last year and rescheduled for this September. However, on May 7, I received an email from a company called Altitude Tickets informing me that my tickets are now invalid because they were fraudulent. I've been in contact (I say that loosely) with the support team at Vivid Seats since I got that email. I've been in contact over phone, email, and over their online chat. It took me 3 months to get some information regarding my refund, I got an email saying to call the customer support line again, and was told they contacted the seller of my tickets to see if he would give me a refund.

Haven't heard anything since, and when I tried to reach out a week ago, I was told to call the same customer support line I've been calling for 3 months with no progress. I talk to a different person each time I try to reach out regarding my order, and after being reassured someone will contact me soon, NO ONE EVER DOES. And I can't count the number of times I've reached out. I haven't gotten any calls or emails, and I don't think I will get a refund from the guy who sold me the fraudulent tickets, or from the ticket company with a 100% buyer satisfaction guarantee. It's not like I want a refund for something I can't attend, I was sold fake tickets off this website and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this just to get $400 back.

Well after 3 months I got a refund! Everyone I talked to was very nice and I also received $50 store credit for the inconvenience.
