Vivid Seats is a total fraud. Purchased concert tickets for $600 only to find out that they were duplicate tickets and that we were scammed. Called Vivid and they gave me the run around. Refused to refund my money and claimed that there was nothing they could do without a deinal of access report. I filed the report that day and have not heard from them since. They do not answer their calls or their emails. They flag your phone number so that they can avoid complaining customers! The venue said that they see fake/duplicate Vivid tickets nightly. DO NOT USE!!!!
