Vivint home security apex I honored my 3 yr contract with vivint, eventhough I no longer used the equipment. When I sent a letter to terminate at the end of the 3 yr contract, they denied recieving it. So I stayed another yea spring, Texas
vivint security is a ripe off. Although I have honord my contract they refuse to allow me to terminate. I sign a 3 yr contract with vivint..after a yr I no longer use the security equipment, but I continue to pay because I sign a contract for 3 yrs. after 3 yrs I sent a letter to cancel services. i was told that they never recieve a letter from me and could not cancel . I was automaticly force to be with this company for 1 more year. so after the .year I sent a certified letter, but still they refuse to end the contract, because they said they did not recieve it within 30 days, I was not allowed to send letter early or give a termination notice the previous year. Now I will have to pay for a service another year. Tjis sis a service I have had for 4 years. I only used it for 1 year.
