Vivint will not allow me to cancel my service despite repeated attempts. They do not have a valid contract and refuse to stop billing me.

We had an APX alarm service for a period of over 4 years at our former address. During that time, APX became Vivint. We recently moved and sold our home and attempted to cancel our service with Vivint. They are telling us that we agreed to a 60 month term (which we have no recollection of) and they are citing a contract which has my husband's signature on it with NO DATE. I have asked them to cancel the service and have sent a formal cancellation request letter over two months ago. The company continued to bill me, and so I disputed the payment with my bank. I have since spoken with several contacts at Vivint with no resolution, and they claim I owe them $657.84 because they have a recorded phone conversation in which my husband supposedly agreed to a 60 year term (again, note the only paperwork we ever signed has no date). My husband has no recollection of agreeing to this, and the company will not allow us to listen to the phone call. I do not believe they have a legally binding agreement and demand that my service be cancelled as requested - which has been
repeatedly refused by Vivint.
