Listing stated that the screen I was purchasing was for an Acer v5-571p, and several others. When in fact, it will not mount properly on the V5-571P laptop. When asked if I could return it, they told me there is a 10% restocking fee!! They then sent a link to an RMA that was expired. During many emails back and forth they stated several times that they will not accept returns because I had ordered it in error. They did finally agree to accept the return, and would still charge the 10% restocking fee and I shipped it back to them. And They have not refunded my money.

This item was purchased on ebay, but ebay will not do anything about it as it was longer than 7 days when I opened a case with them. However the listing states they will accept returns for 60 days.

The ebay seller ID is cknappsalesinc. And the name of the company is vivo technology. IMO, a misleading listing should be allowed to be returned for a full refund, I would not have purchased it if it did not list my laptops models number in the title. They state that I should have verified the part number of the screen, however, many different manufacturers use different model numbers. The model number of the actual screen will limit me to not being able to purchase other manufacturer screens that are made for that laptop.

As of this date they have not provided a refund at all !!
