Purchased a 42" plasma TV. The audio was garbled periodically and one speaker rattled. It took me over nine hours, mostly on hold to talk to anyone at this company. Nobody seemed to know what the other person was doing.

Finally they decided to ship a new TV directly to my home using "white glove" service. It took ten business days to get the Tv which was delivered by one person. Since the TV was going to the second floor, assistance was required to get it there. So much for "white glove" service. The replacement tv had a warped base and one of the speakers rattled.

This time I chose to express my dissatisfaction in writing. I faxed the company, PC World that had given this item a favorable review and the consumer affairs office of the state attorney general.

A Vizio representative called my home and left a message asking that I return her call. It has been two days since I returned the call and left a message. Now, I can not get through to Vizio, the line is busy 24/7. There is a cryptic message in my email inbox which indicates that another TV is on its way. This company is unbelievable.

Obviously they have a quality control problem, a HUGE customer service problem and absolutely no need to extend even the most basic service to someone who spent what is for their household a fair amount of hard earned money. I would not recommend buying anything made by this company.
