VIZIO Vizio Shop ,vizioshop.com Using stolen artwork from my client "Vertical Fitness Dance" to sell t-shirts with, Internet
This website http://www.vizioshop.com/majica_57499_Vertical-Fitness/ is using artwork STOLEN off my website http://www.phrizbie-design.com/vertical_fitness_dance.html to sell t-shirts with. Further, they have even put their own fraudulent watermark over the logo. This logo was designed, commissioned and paid for by http://www.verticalfitnessdance.com/ This company has never contacted us to ask permission, they simply stole it & are selling merchandise with it as if they had the right to. Shame on them! We have files a DMCA complaint with google but generally that takes a few weeks to get a response.

The website is registered with Go-Daddy with a contact address in Serbia (good luck with the DMCA notice there). The IP address allocated to RIPE Network Coordination Centre in Amsterdam. I'm not sure if either of these places will even recognize a DMCA complaint, as DMCA is specifically U.S. law.
Not sure what Google has to do with this.
