I contacted Gary & Erin to finalize a very important website project for me they assured me that it would be no problem they requested I pre-pay in the,$ thousands I follishly did, I trusted them first mistake what was to take 2 weeks turned into a nightmare I soon realized they miss represented themselves skill wise and as proffessionals, I have been emotionally abused by them, I went to court won the judgment, they refused to furnish what the judge requested were a no show in court
They have since moved and are evading being served.I hope noone else has to go through what I did it put my business behind for months ,reputation and revenue. something that took 30 years to buildFrom my heart true scam artists no concience,they must be stopped, they use chamber events and networking groups tp prey on the unsuspected like me. thanks

While we certainly respect the opinions that we are each entitled to as consumers; unfortunately I must point out that this claim is simply exaggerated by a person who was unhappy with her experience and was not willing to accept multiple more-than-generous offers of resolution.
As a small business owner, I believe that we are only as good as our word, and the following experience provided to the customer must always under promise and over deliver. Unfortunately some people are incapable of being satisfied, no matter the extent of customer service and humbled sympathy that is offered in an attempt to enlighten their experience and create an advocate for a business instead of a protester against it. This is where our small claims mediation and judicial services are needed to be the resolution authority. This case is still active in local small claims court.
As to the claim of any sort of court evasion, I have moved my family to be in a more socially convenient place, and have made our address(es) known to the proper authorities. An enraged and dissatisfied client would hardly qualify as such.
