Complaint Review: VLM Trucking

Michael Rogers of VLM trucking is an illegal and unlicensed moror carrier who takes your stuff and holds it ransom for you unless you pay him. 

I contacted VLM Trucking and spoke to Michael Rogers of VLM Trucking to get my tractor shipped. I am former US Navy and served my country. This is the first thing Michal lies about, he says he is military but when I asked him questions he changed the subject and gave wrong answers. He tries to talk about this to make you trust him, but I can tell he is a liar. 

He picked up my tractor in and old truck with very old and dangerous looking trailer. He looked tired and his partner looked like he was on something. I have to give him $600 as down payment and I didn't receive proper paperwork. 

He was supposed to deliver my tractor to the place we agreed but it never turned up. When I got worried I call his number and try and reach them, but they never pick up the phone. Eventually I speak with someone called Vikki but I think she is in on it. She said the truck broke down but that they it would get there in a week. They said can I give them an extra $300 to help with the truck repairs and they will get it to me quicker. I send them more money as I am desparate. 

My tractor never arrived within a week and I tried calling. They tell me some lies on the phone and say that it's my fault because I didn't pay them enough. I tried to get my money back, as I can't afford to loose it. I am on a navy pension and I cannot afford to loose this money as it's important for my business. 

Long story short, I get given the run around and I speak with Michael Rogers once on the phone and he became very rude and agressive with me. He told me that I should move on, as bad things happen to bad people. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. 

DO NOT TRUST VLM TRUCKING as Michael Rogers is a thief, and a liar. BEWARE. I never got my stuff back, and I am filing a police report against them. They are ILLEGAL and Michael should be locked up.
