I almost gave money to VLS Talent but they are a very new talent scout agency in Las Vegas for the well-known scam association IMTA. The thing is with IMTA as they offered is that other scouts like barbrazion dilute IMTA with people unready for acting/modeling, meaning they don't produce the next best thing all the time when they meet. I feel bad for Lauren if she is trying to find tomorrow's actors because this is the most assured way to get your resume thrown in the trash most of the time. The numbers don't lie either, if millions of actors and models went to IMTA, then shouldn't there be way more actors/models from IMTA today? Also, why combine acting and modeling in the same conference? They are 2 separate fields worthy of their own conference. If IMTA is so good wouldn't at least 80% of all actors and models that come from IMTA be all that agents/managers search for and wouldn't they stop searching else where if that's the case. Plus, Most decent managements and agencies never recommend IMTA. IMTA only produced about 20 noticable actors and leaves millions of people in the dust.Even wikipedia questions IMTA!

Don't be a fool, I have nothing against Lauren, she is a very sweet and generous person but I have something against her employers who are making her ask talented people for money. In a sense, VLS Talent has good cause and message but they are very misguided. One thing I can say to all actors in Las Vegas is this: Get out of Vegas(Hollywood has a natural distrust of us), get professional headshots which give off your personality, Get reels together which showcase your talent, put together a professional resume different from everyone else's , and go to a free film acting fest in LA. Don't say yes to everything.

Remember: Professionals never ask you for money. Never give money to someone who says they can help your career. Those people are suppose to be giving you money to work with you and use your talent in a show/film.(if you are talented, don't get s****.>
