I also am im the same boat, as most of the other poeple here. Im wondering what I can really do about it, doesnt seem like anything. I just want to be done with these misleading thieves.

man I dont know were to start. I have been dealing with dish for a year now trying to resolve these issues. we were moving, I called them and told them. I was moving to a apartment and to send me a final bill to fullfill my contract of one year. They said they would right, got nothing from them. so I call them a few months later. of course they have no record of me calling. I talked to this guy for about a hour and finally I said I just want to be done with you poeple, what do I have to do.

He said I need to pay $229.00 dollars. and that would fufill my contract, and I would be done with them. I told him that I made a $50 payment by mail. he told me they would send me a refund."liars" I also talked to this guys supervisor. vmc satelite told me when I sighned up that after a year the equipment was mine to keep.

"liars" I aked them on the phone that is dish, that if I paid this money that I would be done with them, and I would have to send the equipment back. they both said no I wouldnt,"liars" that I would be fulling my contract, and everything was taken care of."liars" not that I could care a less about the equipment.

It is the point I was lied to and manipulated into thinking I was getting FREE RECEIVERS AND INSTALATION, Ya right. Okay so no refund ever came. so again I called customer service. They we dont Know what you are talking about and there is no record of you talking to us.

"pissed at this time" I ranted and raved for a hour and they transfered me to another person and on and on, but they could care a less. they wanted there equipment back, now im frustrated, I feel like I have talking to a 5 year old on the phone. I told them the situation for the 400 time, sir we dont care.

Finally im like ship me the boxes I tont plan on EVER getting dish again. She said when we get the equipment back we will refund you $50 dollars, after reading all these complaints im scared to send the equipment back. That they will say they never got it. and charge me another $400 dollars I have already payed them hundreds of dollars.

Im a manager for a majer retail chain. and im wondering how a buisness with such poor customer service is still in buisness. Are company takes customer complaints very seriously. I just want this nightmare to end.
