When we tried to change companies, this company refused to give us the password that was iligally placed on our account on reviewing our monthly statement they over changed us and added lots of junk charges. When we compared their charges to a local company they had in fact charged us over 135.00 more then any company out there.

When we called the company we reached a lady name Nikkie who was rude, uncooperative and mean. She refused to help us at all levels and when we ask to speak to her supervisior she claimed to be the main one there she spent an hour giving us the run around and cliamed we were locked into their service to three years regardless of the fact that we have had nothing but problems, issues and over charging. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
