I am writing this report with regard to a company known as VMS, also known as Video Monitoring Services of America, and I wanted to say that this company has been in dire need of an IRS audit for years. Examples of how this company is and has long been mistreating its employees are legion, but my favorite example is this one.

At one point I heard two high-placed upper echelon executives at VMS discussing how to cheat one of their sales reps out of her bonus. The woman had worked for the bonus. It was a commission sales bonus. She was entitled to a certain percent. But they didn't like this particular woman because she would not kiss any of the upper echelon's ugly rumps, either figuratively or otherwise. A word here about these two men. One of them looks like Alfred E. Neumann of "MAD Magazine" fame, and the other was worse, so who could blame anybody for not wanting to plant any kind of kisses onto their rear ends? There the two execs were, discussing how to cheat the woman out of her money, even though she had earned it. And the not-quite-dynamic duo were standing there discussing all this rather loudly, with the door to one of the sleazy executives' offices standing wide open, and where people in the hallway could easily hear everything that was going on.

I know they were cheating her because I saw the original financial documents with the true amount she had earned listed on it, and it was not the amount they later lied to her about.

Now that right there says just about all that needs to be said about this company.

It also says that this is a company where the truth about their earnings is routinely hidden and lied about. If the employee bonuses are in this much disarray, can you imagine what the official books of the place must look like? Can you imagine just how many sets of books they must have? There can't be only one set, not with this sort of monetary insanity going on. The IRS therefore needs to instigate an AUDIT of this company without any further delay. VMS needs to be audited ASAP, immediately....now! Since the owners of the company simply will not do anything about the executives who are misleading it, the IRS needs to step in and take a very careful look. VMS will someday, no doubt, be synonymous with Enron at the rate they are going.

And, like Enron, I hope they get their just desserts, and have to eat it, too!

Great to see people finally speaking out about VMS

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Gratified to see that at last people are finally speaking out about this particular strange company. Everyone who worked there had a story to tell about all the rampant corruption but no one ever seems to report what they see happening to the right people. There is an element at VMS that has needed to be stopped for many years now. Maybe at last the time has come.
