Horrible service I ordered iPhone 14 pro max , consultant lied and said there was available stock, everytime I phone to follow up they give me a new date of receiving stock this is ridiculous seriously I've been a customer for long at vodacom and I'm very dissapointed... Why LIE to a costumer 3 times now... SORT THIS OUT VODAS****

I am blown away that vodacom isn't even making an attempt on sorting this problem like they say "all phone call are recorded for quality purpous"  well I'm requesting a response from a higher level of management not a "web team" or consultants because they all have the same stories I want that phone call recor**** so this can be taken to a new level, there was false adverti*****t and lying in this sale as I asked about 3 times if this product is in stock and not on back order and they said no it's not on backorder its defenetly in stock it will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days... I'm furious... 

Vodacoms reply to my post was not a bit helpful in any way possible...
