VOGA.com Chair broken upon arrival

We have used VOGA many times. This time one of the chairs arrived damaged. Immediately upon opening the box and finding the arm of the arm chair broken, We contacted Voga. They asked for detailed photos. Upon first batch submission, they wanted more photos as they could not determine the cause of the damage, whether this was from shipment or product fault.

At this point I told them to move on replacing the chair and not let internal matters between them and the freight company become and issue of the customer. Melanie at Voga responded simply saying she understood, but asked me to be patient. I sent another batch and finally after 1 week they came back and said it was from transportation and that I had to contact "my" freight company. I was livid. The transportation was handed over and chosen by VOGA and now they act as if they have no responsibility. we all know how important timing is on raising claims and here we lost 1 week on poor handling by VOGA. I would recommend everyone to stay away from VOGA.
