Harry and Ludmilla were sued by their old mall in Wellington. They didn't put up a fight, they let it go to summary judgment. The final judgement should be posted any day now. Ludmilla has a judgment from a collection agency for unpaid credit card bills. Now for the second time in about a year their house is in foreclosure:

The judgment so far is a bit over $320,000. The amount of attorney fees has not yet been decided. Wells Fargo filed the foreclosure action. Mila also has a judgment for over $20,000.
