Complaint Review: Vogees

The Vogelfangs are con artists.  They do not pay employees and suppliers.  They don't pay their rent, taxes or even their mortgage. 

They have unclooected judgments from suppliers.  there would be more except people don't like spending good money after bad.

They were thrown out of Festival Flea Market.  Maybe from complaints about misrepresenting prints as original art.  maybe for sexual harrassment.  maybe not paying them rent.  but they are gone and you can't return anything there.

They also had a store in Wellington Green Mall.  Their flyers were very nice, if only they ever paid for them.  Paying rent here was another issue they had, they often failed to do that too because not enough people bought the crap they sold.  that store closed also.

They are probably trying to find another unsuspecting mall with nieve people to come in and buy from them.  They probably won't be there long either.

Check Palm Beach County public records for:

lawsuit by AA Importing (supplier) resulting in a judgment, lawsuit from Citibank because Ludmila didn't pay then either. tax lien on their condo in Destin, and it looks like Wachovia has filed for judicial foreclosure on their home in valencia Shores in Lake Worth.  Gee, what happens when the lease on yoru cars is over?  Maybe you can find some used shopping carts at Publics.  Think of them as mobile homes.
