Complaint Review: VogueWigs.com

I ordered a wig from voguewigs.com and when it came, i didnt like the actual texture of the hair.  I put it right back in the box and shipped it back.  Someone from voguewigs.com contacted me saying they will only pay 50% of what i payed because i didn't package the wig the same way they packaged it.  How ridiculous?

Anyway, i filed a claim against them and got my money back but i just wanted to warn any potential customers so they dont have to deal with this type of stress.  Voguewigs.com sell poor quality products.  The wigs you see online is not what you are getting. They send you poor quality product and when you return it, they refuse to pay you back your full money.
