Voice Stream Extra charges and not telling us the truth

We spend at least 1 - 2 hours each month adjusting our bill with Voice Stream. They cannot get it right. We are charged each month for charges that are not legitimate and they usually take them off after waiting on the phone for long periods of time. We were not told with the latest plan that we did not continue our mobil to mobil plan.

That is the reason we signed up with them in the first place. We made it very clear that we did not want to change plans without it. Now we receive our bill at it is almost $300.00. We have been paying about $120.00 a month.

The representative just did not clearly explain the plan and didn't tell us the options. I refuse to pay and want to disconnect. We signed up almost 2 1/2 years ago and our original agreement was for two years.

They now tell us that anytime we change a plan we automatically signed up for another year....that was NEVER, NEVER TOLD US! It is a $200.00 per phone disconnect they told us for each phone. That along with the over charge of $153.00 comes to $553.00 of services that we did not recieve. This is rediculous.

I am angry and want out of the contract with them and fully thought our contract was already over having fulfilled the two year original agreement we signed. We never signed anything else. What can we do?
