Voice Stream sneaky rip-off

I had a Voice Stream account for almost 3 yrs. I went with VS because at the time they were the only company that offered month to month with NO CONTRACT.

A year or so later I was paying my bill over the phone with my credit/debit card and the lady said I'd be better off with a plan that had more minutes since I always went over my plan.
I said OK, and that was that.(I didn't even get to read the really fine print or was told that anything else changed)

Several months later I decided to get ride of the service since I needed a new phone (replacement)and I was cutting back on expences. I notified VS in writing on my last invoice to cancel.
VS kept invoicing me for 2 more months and on the third month they added a $200 cancelation charge! Shortly after a collection agent (extremly Rude)has be calling 2 times a week.

This type of information needs to be let out to the public and Voice Stream needs to be shut down.


In the meantime I'm refusing to pay them a dime.
