I signed up for Voice Stream Wireless. I was told service was in my area. I sent $48.00 dollars for activation fees. They sent me a phone, well, it came with no service. After two days of trying to charge and set the phone up, the idiots tell me that there is no service in my area.

I have to pay shipping charges to get the stupid phone back to them, will likely lose my $48.00 dollars, and possibly pay a deactivation fee all for a phone that shouldn't have been sent in the first place.

Buyers beware, make sure you know if the service is in your area. Don't rely on the Voice Stream Experts to tell you that you have service. They will probably be wrong. They even sent two other peoples bills in my envelope.
