Complaint Review: Voice Vox

These people are charging me nearly fifteen dollars on a regular basis. I was sucked into their scheme by stupidly signing up for a "credit card" from a company called American Credit Services. I have since settled my dispute with ACS but am still being charged by Voice Vox for a service I don't use and never agreed to.

Repeated calls to their "customer service" line gets me nowhere. During business hours I am told by a machine that I'm in fact calling outside of business hours and then get routed to a message box that is constantly full.

These people are crooks of the highest order and must be apprehended. I hope you folks can help. I've tried everything I can think of short of closing my checking account. Please, please, please do something about these criminals.
