VoicePulse decided few days ago to change their policy and add a minimum use clause in there where minimum use should be no less than $10 a month. They were nice to at least send an email about it.

What they forgot to add to that email in a very convenient way for them is that if you don't use $10 worth of their service they will still charge the $10, even if you haven't use one cent... WTF??? I mean WTF???
And they actually made good to it where they charge me $10 even for not using a second of their service for that month...

I am canceling as I speak and I  HOPE they will go UNDER as the f***ing deserve it....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF...... THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY charging people even when they didn't use their service.

My next step is BBB and FCC....
