Complaint Review: Voices.com

Voices.com is a money mill, it is virtually impossible to get jobs unless you are in the top tier of talent. It is also cattle call style, once jobs are list, the whole pasture goes to the feeding trough. After being a member for many months, I also have suspicions that they sabotage good talent and their audtions to clients if you are not one of the more well known talents on the site, although you are still allowed to audtion. Additionally, most auditions, no matter how good they are, are not even heard by the client. This site uses an algorithm method (when selecting candidates for particular jobs and sending out notices) which in theory is not necessarily sabotoging to talents, but it can be used that way to weed out those they do not award jobs too.  Ultimately, be very cautious when choosing this site. The odds are highly stacked against you and the cost involved will end up being more than you EVER get returned through rewarded jobs, if any. This is coming from someone with lots of experience in this field.
