I signed up with Voice shot and as soon as I paid with my credit card I was on my own.
I got a hold of the rep helping me with my payment and he gave me the tec support. After dialing tec support to start my campain I had a guy that was very rude treading me as if I was stupid, After a minute I asked to speak to a different person for a better customer service and he refused to transfer me to someone else and said that I was stuck with him and that if I didn't like his customer service he will just simply will cancel my service AND HE DID ,,, with no hesitation.
