VoiceStream Sucks ripoff inferior cellular service

Three days after I signed up for VoiceStream I called to cancel. I explained that there was to much interference on the line and dropped calls were frequent. They asked me not to discontinue and they would send me a new phone. I recieved the new phone and had the same problems. Now because I am past the 72 hour grace period they want to charge me $200 over my usage charges. They do not care that the service is inferior. They just want the $200 termination charge. They are in the termination business not the cell phone business.
