Last week I called Voip Innovations(VI) and asked a man who idenified himself as Kevin about their services . He was very nice and helpful . After numerous calls and information that their services where able to perform, I decided to use them . By Mon. the next week I learned by my Staff that these services that (VI) provided did not truly work . I hired a I.T. guy to come in to our office and confirm or show our team how to work (VI) back office dash board and services for our desired task . He explain that the numbers that (VI) provided could not be used for the ourpose they where purchased for and that our company had been ripped off . I called and left numerous messages with (VI) to no avail . Finally Wen. morning an unidenified female called from 1(412)455-0310 and explained that I wasnt going to see our companies money again and if I called my credit card to dispute the charges that (VI) would use our business credit card to charge another $150.00 for contesting their charges (legal or not) thats their SOP(Standard Opperating Proceedure) . She was extremely rude and demonstrated extremely poor communication  skills, and a general lack of intellect .

Customer Service is a Top Priority for VoIP Innovations

VoIP Innovations is a wholesale VoIP provider located in Pittsburgh, PA that has been in business since 2007. We have made the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private US Companies four years in a row and have done so by focusing on our core strengths, one of which is outstanding customer service.

It is true that Stackem Web Design signed up for an account with VoIP Innovations and that our services were not applicable for their intended use. However, this was due to the policies set in place by a third party (Craigslist) and not due to any short comings or misleading information about our service.

When the customer confronted us about the issue, they were asked to follow our policies and procedures and submit a formal billing dispute to the billing department, but refused to do so. Due to the customer’s response, this was escalated to our internal senior management team which approved the refund and closed their account.
