Complaint Review: Voiptalk HMSBlue

Voiptalk HMSBlue charged $61.02 to my checking account through my debit card without permission. I have never done business with this company.

I called the phone number on my bank statement and was directed to another phone number, specifically "for calls regarding charges to your credit card". Representative of the company at that number requested my credit card number to look up the account. I refused.

Rep was very rude and told me that was the only way they could look up the account. I told her I did not have an account with them and asked if they could look up the transaction by name or any other information. Rep refused and said the credit card number was the only way to look up the account.

I did not want to give my credit card number to a company I had never done business with. Rep argued that I had an account or would never have been charged, and then hung up on me.

I called back and got the same rep, and she wanted to transfer me to someone who was not in the office. I was transferred to the "supervisor's desk" and forwarded to voice mail.

It all sounds very fishy to me. Company is not a member of BBB with either of their names.
