I received my credit card statement and saw a monthly charge of $61.02 dated 02-18-03 from VOIPTALK 818-4426000 CA. I called the credit card company and told them that I did not authorized this charge and requested that they report this to their fraud department. As I can see from so many other on this website, I am not the only person that this is happening to.
