They have not provided any PC support and never provided the two years of Norton antivirus. This company is a total fraud. They charged me 470.00 for one year of computer support and two years of Norton anti-virus for two computers. I only heard from them once since May and was never provided the Norton antivirus software. I had to go out and purchase new anti virus software. They installed a shortcut icon on both PCs for a log me in rescue to contact them when I need PC support. However this ICON states that the contact information is valid. When you call this company and leave a message they never return your call. They have just totally ripped me off.
