i bought two brand new volkswagen trucks about a month ago one of my trucks broke down and i needed  a ring gear for it. i went to the dealership and they said that volkswagen had sold the truck division to man trucks. so i went to man trucks for the parts and they said that they don't have the spares and that they have to import the spares from brazil. its been a month and i still haven't got the spares and now my second volkswagen truck has broken down and i need wheel studs for it. that too i can't get anywhere in south africa. my business is at a standstill and i owe money on the trucks still. i am in a crisis situation. i feel its not fair that such a well known company like volkswagen does not have the spares for their trucks in the country they selling them. what do i do about my loss of income and the fact that i can't meet my payments for the trucks and my other expenses because my business relies solely on the trucks and now both of them are just standing.

It Seems Your Problem is Not With the Company You Say

You state that one company sold to the next company, and it sounds like the next company is the one that sucks, not the first one.

Have you considered trying to purchase these parts used? What kind of trucks do you have?
