Vollara Refuse to honor Warranty Bristol Virginia

The company does not honor their warranty. Shipped product to them. They demanded I insure the product for $150. Had it professionally packed. When it arrived they said the unit was damaged and refuse to repair it. I asked for it to be returned to me. When the item was returned it had been totally destroyed. There was no damage to the exterior box at all, not even a scratch. When I opened the box I could see the unit had been completely and utterly destroyed. Not one seem unbroken, just pieces of my original unit inside. Much of the original packaging was also missing. UPS did not honor the insurance because they say it wasn't packaged properly, and by the looks of what I recieved. I know it was damaged there in their attempt to try and collect on insurance to avoid any loss of income on repairs honoring a warranty. I will never buy from them again.
